Hello, I'm Sainath Reddy, and I'm currently looking for full time positions as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer or AI / MLOPS Engineer . I hold a Master of Science in Business Analytics [degree] from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute ( RPI ), Troy, NY. I'm extremely passionate about leveraging cutting-edge technologies to solve complex problems through software development.
My academic journey began at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, where I obtained a bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, laying a solid groundwork in technical areas such as coding and data structures. Later, I delved into honing my management abilities, pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with specializations in Marketing and Finance. Through this program, I expanded my skill set and deepened my understanding of diverse industries including banking, finance, marketing, sales, and operations.
My journey in the world of technology has been truly exhilarating. I had the privilege of working at Neviton Softtech Pvt Ltd and HDFC Bank Ltd , where I worked on diverse real-time projects including data analytics, financial analytics, statistical analysis, regression and classification models, time series forecasting models, prediction models, NLP, computer vision, and as a backend Python developer. This experience allowed me to dive deep into cloud computing and build scalable solutions that can handle real-world challenges.
As a Research Assistant under Dr. Jason Kuruzovich at RPI, I participated in a real-time project focusing on ACV auctions. Our objective was to predict auction outcomes and analyze how aggregate market characteristics impact these results. This research substantially deepened my understanding of predictive AI models, especially in optimizing auction schedules within an auto auction marketplace. The overarching goal was to offer insights to improve decision-making within the market, showcasing its potential to shape the future.
My passion for technology extends beyond software development; I am equally enthralled by machine learning and research, particularly in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI. My interest has led me to delve into crucial areas such as Gen AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, Prompt Engineering, the Generative AI Project Life Cycle, LLM Fine-Tuning techniques, Parameter Efficient Fine-Tuning (PEFT), LoRA, Soft Prompts, Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), LLM-powered applications, and Program-aided Language Models (PAL).
In addition to my technical abilities, I possess a diverse range of interests. I am an enthusiastic writer and find joy in crafting compelling stories. I prioritize physical fitness and enjoy engaging in workouts to maintain an active lifestyle. My creative pursuits extend to screenplay writing, where I explore storytelling through the lens of film. I also dabble in film editing, allowing me to express my creativity in various mediums.
